The British Fashion Awards 2024 hosted at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Monday night gathered the biggest names in fashion, music, art and culture to celebrate the fashion industry. Creative Director and Founder Priya Ahluwalia, and special guest, singer and songwriter Mahalia attended wearing custom Ahluwalia gowns inspired by our Spring Summer 2025 collection, 'Home Sweet Home'.

Mahalia’s one-shoulder gown in a rich chestnut brown is inspired by the draping of Indian saris featuring asymmetric pleated panels on the front and back. Intricate handcrafted beaded strings of embellishment draped around the waist and hips fall on the side, paying homage to beaded curtains found in traditional Nigerian homes. Made in a stretch silk satin finished with a flared hem and a draped train.
