We ship worldwide with DHL Express and Royal Mail in the UK.
International shipping, up to £200, is £15.95. We offer free shipping for all orders worldwide over £200. For UK shipping, £5.95.
There might be duty or customs charges in some countries which are are not included in the shipping price. Please familiarise yourself with your own country’s tax rates and customs thresholds to understand these implications, at present we aren’t able to provide costing for any customs or taxes you may be liable to when the order arrives in your country. We are working hard to make these as transparent as possible.
International express delivery can take up to 6 working days, UK takes between 1-2 days from dispatch.

Yes! Ahluwalia has partnered with SOJO to offer you a repairs and alterations service - Only available within the UK.
In London, SOJOs riders deliver your item back to your door within five days. If based elsewhere in the UK, you can expect your items to be returned within seven days. If you would like to change the date or time of your collection or drop off please contact SOJO as soon as possible at support@sojo.uk and they will do their best to accommodate your request. Once you have had your item/s altered it will no longer be eligible to return via our policy, but SOJO are dedicated to making the fit work for you.
We trust you have put a lot of thought into shopping with us, as we produce a limited run of each season’s garments. Should your garment be unworn and would still like to return it, please email us and we will guide you through the returns process.
The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.
You have 14 days to make a return once you receive your order.
At present we are unable to cover any costs of returns. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
You will need to make a return and place a new order for any exchanges. Please email us at info@ahluwalia.world for further help.
You can add pieces from a different order to the same return package to avoid paying double return fees. Please contact our customer care team at info@ahluwalia.world so they can be informed about this.
It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed once we have received your return in our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been made.
We can’t modify orders that have already been made, we can only cancel your order for a full refund so you can place a new one with the correct items. Please contact our customer care team at info@ahluwalia.world for more assistance.
You can place your order via Credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and now Clearpay/Afterpay
Fortunately, our third party warehouse and dispatch team aim to fulfil orders on the same day so there may be a small window where you can cancel the order. If you think you may need to cancel, please email us at info@ahluwalia.world and we will aim to refund and cancel your order.
