For the Met Gala 2025, Ahluwalia created a custom look for BAFTA-wining actor Aimee Lou Wood. Inspired by Black Dandyism, the look is a tribute to the revolutionary elegance of Congolese “Sapeurs” and archive tailoring worn by Black icons. This look celebrates strength, heritage, and global liberation.

For the Met Gala, Ahluwalia created a custom look for Gabby Thomas in response to the theme Superfine: Tailoring Black Style. The hand-embellished silk gown in jewelled red paid tribute to her Southern roots, athletic grace, and the enduring elegance of 1920s Black style — from Harlem Renaissance tailoring to Josephine Baker–inspired movement.

Adekunle Gold wore custom Ahluwalia for his performance at Gumball 3000. Crafted using responsibly sourced leather alternatives, the outfit featured motorcycle-inspired buckle detailing and a custom appliqué motif, demonstrating our ability to develop performance-ready garments with bespoke finishes, sustainable materials, and personalised branding elements.

Created for Amelia Dimoldenberg for the Academy Museum Awards, this custom silk look reworked a classic Ahluwalia top silhouette but with a deeper draped collar and an open back. Collaborating with specialist artisans to apply crystal and pearl embellishments allows us to incorporate personalised motifs and intricate finishing, adding meaning and individuality to each piece.

Mahalia wears a custom Ahluwalia gown for the British Fashion Awards 2024. A one-shoulder gown in a rich chestnut brown inspired by the draping of Indian saris featuring asymmetric pleated panels. with intricate handcrafted beaded strings of embellishment draped around the waist and hips fall on the side, paying homage to beaded curtains found in traditional Nigerian homes.

Adekunle Gold wears custom Ahluwalia for his final show in London the Tequila Ever AfterU.S & U.K tour. The look is composed of a denim style jacket and flared trousers that feature our signature saddle seams made from a luxurious green velvet and embellished with hand applied diamonte gems. Paired with a matching green tank top with a diamonte ‘A’ on the chest, and a custom cowboy hat in the same velvet and diamontes.

The legendary Alicia Keys wears a custom suit designed by Ahluwalia for her 'Keys to The Summer Tour 2023'. The tailored suit and bralette feature a new take on the 'Joy' print from the SS21 'Liberation' collection, which takes inspiration from photographs and fabrics from Western Africa, and vintage illustrated infographics.

Ahluwalia designed and made a bespoke dress for singer and songwriter Grace Carter for the British Fashion Awards 2023. Grace’s gown features a high collar, draped cowl neckline, a waist-accentuating cut-out panel, and an asymmetric draped skirt with a train crafted from a custom-made satin textured fabric.

Ahluwalia designed and created a custom outfit for actor Saffron Hocking for the Serpentine's Summer Party 2023. The look pays homage to the ancestral heritage of Awka, Saffron's mother's beloved Nigerian tribe, resonating in vibrant hues of sunlit gold and warm orange, made from satin.

For music video 'Riot' by Grace Carter, directed by Priya Ahluwalia, Ahluwalia created a custom look for Grace. Embodying the spirit of rebellion and resilience, the hooded dress and puffer jacket conveys the raw emotions and unapologetic power found within the depths of 'Riot'.
